At age fifteen, Seth is a poetic boy with a unique ability to communicate and see spirits due to his strong connection to Summer, his dead girlfriend.
Appearance[]
Seth has shaggy blond hair that is pretty long for a guy, however it is not long enough to tie in a ponytail. His eyes are extremely unusual: they are blue with a hint of purple that shows more or less depending on his mood. He wears a school uniform most of the time except for when he's home or on a date with Summer.
Personality[]
Although he is known for his cunning, Seth has a poetic, dreamy side to him. He is rough, tough, and buff when he needs to be but when he's around Summer his soft side shows. She is the love of his life and he'll never let her go as long as she lives...or at least exists, since she's nothing more than a spirit.

Because of the unique bond Seth has with Summer, he can see spirits and talk to them, not just in dreams.

Summer[]
Seth and Summer are extremely close, unusal for most people of their age. After Summer's death Seth continued to be in love with her, believing that she was not truly dead - and he was right. Although most people believe he's crazy he knows that Summer truly is a spirit and he can see her clear as day. Perhaps it can be said that Summer's death only strengthened their relationship.
